	To be an authorized affiliate of INetZeal Services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the INetZeal service as an affiliate. By signing up for the INetZeal affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. INETZEAL.NET AFFILIATE AGREEMENT AFFILIATES MUST READ THE AFFILIATE AGREEMENT BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE INETZEAL.NET AFFILIATE PROGRAM. THROUGH PARTICIPATING IN THE INETZEAL.NET AFFILIATE PROGRAM YOU SIGNIFY UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT WHICH IS SET FORTH BELOW. ACCEPTANCE IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THESE TERMS. 1. Affiliates agree to abide by all applicable laws when promoting iNetZeal.Net through our affiliate program. This includes, but is not limited to, copyright and intellectual property law. Affiliates accept that all sites which promote iNetZeal.Net are legally compliant and that any tactics used to promote iNetZeal.Net are legally compliant. Affiliates accept that they are fully liable for their promotion of iNetZeal.Net. 2. Affiliates understand that the terms of the affiliate agreement may change at any time, and that the changes will be applicable within 7 days. 3. Affiliates accept that they are over 18 years of age and are able to enter into a contract within their legal territory. 4. Affiliates accept Paypal as the payment method and understand that iNetZeal.Net only have to make payments using this method currently. 5. Affiliates accept that iNetZeal.Net shall Endeavour to track sales which warrant a commission, and that any decisions made with regards to the validity of a sale will be exclusively decided by iNetZeal.Net. INetZeal.Net sometimes provide a money back guarantee. In the instance where a buyer decides to take advantage of our money back guarantee the affiliate will not be entitled to a commission. INetZeal.Net accepts no liability in instances where the affiliate fails to properly implement links which allow for sales to be tracked. Only sales that can be tracked to an affiliate, using our software, will warrant a commission. 6. Potential commissions are tracked for a period of 100 days from first clicking on an affiliate link. Following this, no commission is payable to the affiliate. 7. In the instance where a payment is made by iNetZeal.Net to an affiliate, which is later found to be in error, the affiliate will have to repay the full amount within 30 days. INetZeal.Net may choose to either invoice the affiliate for the amount or remove this amount from the next payment owed to the affiliate. 8. INetZeal.Net reserves the right to end the affiliate agreement with any affiliate at any time. 9. INetZeal.Net makes no warranties, express or implied, with regards to the effectiveness of the affiliate program, tracking software, our up-time of our website. All content and functionality provided to affiliates by iNetZeal.Net is provided “as is”.
